I'll take a girl who is confident in front of the camera and easy to work with pretty much regardless of what she looks like.... okay, mostly. Looks will only get you so far as a model. Like most any other job out there, if you're difficult to work with, or have difficulty understanding or taking direction, you'll fast be limited in how far you can go.
And with the wide variety of women I've had in front of my camera, looking through this site, my Instagram, Flickr, etc., it'll be clear as day that Tenley is not the kind of girl I normally go for.
But would I work with her again? In a heartbeat.
And black and white is also not how I typically handle photos - I've only done it a handful of times (e.g., Addison) - but decided to opt for it here given her look, the feel that portrays, and it still being daylight. If the sun had already fallen and I had my speedlight on me, then it'd be a flip of the coin as to whether these would be in color.
