Like last night, I decided to park at the City Market and go East along the Riverfront. That was a bust. Expected, though, like last night with Ruth. And I was in the driver's seat of my SUV about to take off when I saw a yellow headphones and a colorful top near the entrance to the south building. So, I decided to get out and... investigate.
