No luck finding someone around Union Station and Crown Center tonight, but didn't care much since I photographed Vanesa at the lake this afternoon. While there wasn't any pressure finding someone, I didn't really want to walk away from my night outing emptyhanded.

Being in the upper-90s°F when I left, and that heat hitting hard and fast as soon as I stepped out, my mind wasn't entirely on trying to find another subject.

North toward 20th then East toward Main to improve my chances, I saw a purple dress walking East toward Main as well. Or I hoped she was going toward Main and not to the cantina. The mildly annoyed expression on her face was not unsurprising given the heat. How she was standing while waiting for the pedestrian light was all I wanted. Single photo. Keep the encounter short and sweet so neither of us is in the heat longer than we want or need to be.
