I was in a small group chat with a couple women working with the Downtown Council - they were in yellow shirts with the "downtown KC" logo on them. We were talking a bit about how some were complaining that... pretty much the entire Power & Light District seemed to smell like weed. Which... yeah! I don't think I've ever had a downtown outing where I haven't encountered that smell...

And with the concert also came a lot of women dressed for a night out. But to say there wasn't a lot of variety among the clothing choices would be an understatement. Along with plenty of women that... had I photographed them, I'm pretty sure I'd also need to take a picture of their ID and get some other information to comply with Federal law given what they were wearing... Yikes...

Then Samantha rounded the corner. She was at first a little flustered about me wanting to photograph her. Once I got the camera on her, though, any hesitation she may have had disappeared.
