A small batch of rain just came through and I was on the lookout for rainbows. And the best place from my experience to see them is along the dam. If a rainbow forms, you can see it either just off to the right or far off to the left when driving south along the dam toward Shelter 11.
Unfortunately there weren't any rainbows. But there was Lauren walking along the rocks. Her pale skin was a great canvas for the light coming behind the clouds with her black clothes creating a stark contrast of color.
