The Book of Mormon is at the Kansas City Music Hall through the weekend. I saw "Event Parking" signs all over the place at the nearest parking garages, the exorbitant pricing to take advantage of the demand while the new parking garage is under construction. So while poking around outside, why not see who I could photograph?
