Kiko

Kiko was a bit... hesitant about being photographed when I said it was her turn. She flustered a bit, not really committing to a Yes or a No.

So when she adjusted her stance, her her right foot just in front of her left as if taking a step forward, I told her to stay like that. And given how she reacted, I'm pretty sure every "oh shit!" alarm started going off in her head.

It's always the shy ones that are the most adorable...

After they started following me on Instagram, I wanted to get more shots of both if they were willing. The garage behind them was adjacent the bus stop on Grand with a bench nearby. So I quickly demonstrated that I wanted them to sit sideways on the end of the bench. I can't quite recall, but I think Camilla volunteered Kiko to go first.

After the front-on shots, I had the idea of trying side-on. "Scratch that, you're too backlit." And she took that as her chance to scram... Camilla, unfortunately, decided against this.
