Isabel and Faith
Street portraiture is more about the photographer's confidence than any one person they photograph. Often when you see a potential subject who is within reach, don't hesitate or you'll miss your opportunity. Ask me how I know...
And this is definitely true at the City Market during the flea market they have between April and October. It was a little intimidating the first couple times I was there. In part because... new place, but also because of how many people were around. This is both good and bad, since you have plenty of opportunities. Fleeting opportunities. Very, very fleeting opportunities.
And Isabel was definitely not an exception.

And I thought Isabel was on her own. So unexpected 2-for-1 here when Isabel asked to get shots of them together. Definitely wasn't turning down that chance.

But like with these two friends, I wanted shots of the friend. She shifted her stance and showed the dress clearly had a slit in the side of it - much more pronounced from the dress that Lisa was wearing. So I asked her to step forward a little with her left foot to show off some leg.
