Hot but elegant

I stepped out of the Crossroads Night Market for a moment, standing around 19th and Wyandotte. She was walking up the West side of Wyandotte, the white skirt catching my attention first. Warm evening, so the crop black top along with the loose white skirt likely helped her stay cool.
