Circling around the City Market's inside perimeter, Frankie walks into view as I'm getting toward fashion row. Petite with the off-shoulder t-shirt and black denim. She's also blind in her left eye. So with trying to shade her good eye from the sun, she was being apologetic about the slight difficulty.
