Any guesses on what caught my attention here?

Surprisingly, this wasn't her first rodeo with street photography, though she said the last time she crossed paths with one was last year. Which once again raises the question of who else in Kansas City is doing this. Or perhaps it was a street photographers from outside Kansas City.
