Cayley

A lot of people I know don't like being photographed out in public, if at all. I've been doing this long enough that I consider it a law of nature at this point. For every hundred women I do photograph, there are a handful that tell me they're not comfortable being photographed.

Cayley's near-complete mental un-involvement... is obvious. Something I kind of picked up on in the moment.

Yet I still photographed her.

On most other nights, her attire would dissuade me. All black with the black lipstick and hair to go with it. Look through my site and you'll see... well you won't see anything similar. Tenley kind of comes close, but it's still not in the same league since... at least Tenley was wanting to be photographed.

Cayley verbalized her self-consciousness. A random woman passing by below us with her family heard that and complimented her in return, but it didn't make much difference to Cayley's demeanor.

Yet I still photographed her. And she still let me photograph her.
