She's new to Kansas City from Texas and was exploring the lake. Initially I saw her at the handicapped dock, parking herself in one corner of it to look out over the lake. Unfortunately missed that opportunity as nature was being more annoying than an overly persistent debt collector... Oh well.
Then later I saw her parked off one of the fishing spots on the east side of the lakeshore. Initially she was down on the lakeshore. But later I saw her just sitting in the driver side of her SUV.
