CARE
I've seen volunteers for CARE out around the City Market and downtown a few times. I first saw them back at the City Market last October, and I've done some research into their organization. Check out their website and toss some shekels their way if you wish. After getting photos of their volunteers tonight, I kind of felt obligated to throw another donation their way.
The first pair were at the corner of 5th and Delaware right outside Donutology. As mentioned, I already knew about the organization, so turned the conversation back on them since I wanted shots of the woman here. She seemed mildly hesitant until she stood in a specific pose that, she said, made it look like her leg was broken given how her knee was bent. I forgot to mention that the final shot was likely going to be cropped in heavily. And it was as the original was taken from her ankles up.
Then her partner wanted involved. He picked the pose. And then the woman decided she wanted to retake, so I posed her against the pole.

I hopped on the streetcar to go downtown, but unfortunately didn't have much luck finding someone. However I knew about the second CARE team on the Southeast corner of 13th and Main - the H&R Block building.
When I approached them and engaged Sophie - the woman in the blue shirt - in conversation, I also mentioned that I'd already encountered the other pair at the City Market. She then tried to say that she and her partner were the better team, so I decided to challenge her on that by asking for photos.
I'll leave it up to you as to who you think is the better team.
