Andrea

Andrea

Finally!

I first asked Andrea to be a model back in September 2019. The first "shoot" didn't pan out and turned into a mother-daughter shoot with Serenity. In part because she brought her daughter with her unexpectedly. But since then I'd been trying to get Andrea on her own. But she seemed a lot more willing to let her kids be the guinea pigs for my photo practice, hence how I've had Anna quite a few times over.

Until now.

With Anna's first shoot in the black dress, I said to Andrea that I wanted a shoot with her in the dress as well, provided the dress still fit. (It was Andrea's homecoming dress from high school.) And every time I brought it up, Andrea always seemed interested, but hesitant. After Anna's most recent shoot in the dress, back at Kaw Point, Andrea said she'd try on the dress.

And she did.

And it fit.

So I tried to schedule her for an outdoor night shoot. But she wasn't going to bite. So I said to her via text, "I've decided on a different direction..."

That "different direction" is a rented private photo studio space - something I wanted to start doing last year but unfortunately never did. Specifically I rented with Motive. Emphasis on the studio space being private, something that widened Andreas eyes when my wife mentioned that. No one but Andrea and Anna, my wife, and me.

So she agreed. And we booked the shoot.

And the results... speak for themselves.

Another side story... Anna looks a little older than her age (though not quite an adult) when wearing this dress. And in showing a couple of the Christmas lights shots to a lesbian friend, she called Anna "jail bait".

Now it's common practice that I always try to find two or three shots to send to a client or model after having a photo shoot, and the same with this one. So I showed the friend the sample shot of Anna and said "That's your jail bait". Then I showed her the shot of Andrea, "And that's her mom."

The friend's eyes went wide. "Damn!"
