"Penny for your thoughts while I take some shots of you?"
In the course of the conversation, I learned about her adult daughter. And later by Instagram chat we set up a photo shoot for her on... very short notice. Which allowed me to fill one of two vacant time slots I already had saved for someone else who... let's just say she backed out of her senior portraits in easily one of the worst ways possible.
