So first time trying this. Not photographing someone dining out - the number of people I've photographed outside Thou Mayest is evidence of that. But photographing someone sitting in a fenced-in outdoor dining area.

Abbie was dining alone at Enzo on the northwest corner of 5th and Walnut, reading her Kindle and sipping wine. Since she was along the railing, though, it was easy to just reach over and photograph her. Something I think I'll have to keep trying for in the future.
