2025 - No. 1

The first issue of "...at face value" for 2024 took nearly 6 months to compile enough photos to fill it. The first issue for 2025, though... took only 6 weeks, even with the a late start. 70 pages of photos from about mid-March through the end of April, helped along with a photo shoot and a couple mini-shoots.
Which made the cover feature a very, very, very tough choice. But after a lot of consideration, including a lot of back and forth, I settled on Shelby. Her bubbly personality and smile in the chosen shot I think makes a great cover feature. And there are a few more where that came from.
And one that I considered for the cover is Elsy. Specifically a shot from the mini-shoot a few days after I first photographed her.
And speaking of mini-shoot, there's also Lindsey on the patio behind the City Market Coffee House, giving her an impromptu mini-shoot after I noticed she was checking herself out in her phone.
Browsing through you'll find Cristel making a return appearance after not crossing paths in about 18 months. (And getting far better shots this time.)
There's also Lisa, a realtor hosting an open house. When she saw me, she asked if I was in the market for a condo. No, more looking at something else from her...
And rounding out this issue with a 12-page spread is Mary, a professional photographer in front of the camera this time for an impromptu photo shoot. Her red jacket stood out that gloomy late afternoon, and the matching lipstick was a great accent.
