2025 - Kansas City Renaissance Festival

2025 - Kansas City Renaissance Festival

So a separate issue just for the Kansas City Renaissance Festival photos...

Sure for 2024 I intermingled the photos with the two issues (specifically No. 3 and No. 5), but there also weren't all that many. My wife and I went to the Ren Fest twice in 2024 and I managed only a handful of photos, so they were easy to blend in with the other photos.

This year... things were a bit different.

Three days. Over 60 pages of photos. And... a few unexpected repeats.

As such, it did not feel right trying to intermingle these within other issues of ...at face value where they would've appeared chronologically. There are just too many that, to properly do it justice, I felt it best to put these in their own issue.

About the cover feature...

I first found her on the second of my days at the Renaissance Festival. Sitting on a stool outside one of the shops, she was then wearing a green corset with fox ears and a tail holding a wooden cup, donning fanged teeth.

Around that shop again on my third day there, I saw her again, this time with that stuffed animal tucked in front. I got a side shot of her first. But upon noticing the stuffed toy tucked into her top, I got her consent for a closeup of that instead, deciding to not retain the side profile.
